We want you to be happy with your Katálogo website. This policy explains refunds and cancellations. Payments and refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund that payment in full, no questions asked.

Cancelling your subscription

• You can cancel at any time by emailing katalogosites@icloud.com. Cancellation stops all future annual renewals.
• When you cancel, your website stays live until the end of the annual period you've already paid for.
• Except within the 14-day window above, payments for a current annual period are non-refundable, but you will not be charged again.

Renewals

Your subscription renews automatically each year at €99. Paddle sends a receipt for every payment. To avoid a renewal, cancel before your renewal date.

How to request a refund or cancel

Email katalogosites@icloud.com or WhatsApp +971 50 559 8675 with the email address used for your order. Refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, usually within 5–10 business days.
