Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Katálogo ("we", "us", "our"), a service operated by Richard Foulkes that designs, builds and hosts a website with online booking and commission-free WhatsApp ordering for restaurants and small businesses in Cyprus. By subscribing you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

For an annual subscription we build you a bilingual (English & Greek) website using content from your existing Facebook page and any materials you provide. Your site includes online table booking and ordering that send enquiries directly to your WhatsApp, hosting, and menu/content updates on request.

2. Subscription & billing

• The service costs €99 per year. This is a recurring annual subscription that automatically renews each year until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Ltd). Paddle handles the transaction, receipts and applicable taxes. "Paddle.com" or "PADDLE" may appear on your card statement.
• You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Your responsibilities

• You confirm you are authorised to represent the business and to use the photos, menu and materials you provide or that appear on your Facebook page.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your prices, menu, opening hours and contact details, and for fulfilling orders and bookings received via your site.
• You will not use the service for unlawful content or activity.

4. Content & ownership

You keep ownership of your own content (text, photos, menu, logo). We grant you the right to use the website we build for you for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel, you may keep and reuse your own content.

5. Availability

We aim to keep your site online at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Hosting is provided via third-party infrastructure (e.g. Cloudflare).

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost bookings.

7. Termination

Either party may end the arrangement. If you cancel, your subscription will not renew and your site may be taken offline at the end of your paid period. We may suspend service for non-payment or breach of these Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
